A1: For the lamps,we have 5 years warranty.If any quality problems on our side occured in this period ,we will take on the shipping cost and replacement.

Q2: When the delivery?

We have large quantity as in stock for conventional productions, warehouse also make a month of the preparatory work. We will ship within 10-14 working days, for the samples order, please contact with sales for the exact delivery time.

Q3: When the goods are arrived?

It usually costs about 5-7 days, however for the different Country holidays, the transit time is estimate,please understanding if the goods can't reach in time.

Q4: what should do if the productions not in good condition after receiving?
